Job Description
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to company computer systems, hardware, software applications, and peripherals.
- Perform maintenance and support activities for network workstations, IT equipment, and related peripherals.
- Analyze user-reported technical issues, identify root causes, implement solutions, and ensure proper resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, hardware devices, and network resources.
- Provide technical support to employees across head office, branches, and project/work sites.
- Support installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems and access control systems.
- Assist the IT team with network-related tasks, software deployment, troubleshooting, and user access management.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, hardware/software inventory, equipment movement, and acquisitions.
- Perform regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and documentation of IT activities.
- Carry out any additional IT-related tasks assigned by the IT Manager.
