Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to company computer systems, hardware, software applications, and peripherals.
Perform maintenance and support activities for network workstations, IT equipment, and related peripherals.
Analyze user-reported technical issues, identify root causes, implement solutions, and ensure proper resolution.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, hardware devices, and network resources.
Provide technical support to employees across head office, branches, and project/work sites.
Support installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems and access control systems.
Assist the IT team with network-related tasks, software deployment, troubleshooting, and user access management.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, hardware/software inventory, equipment movement, and acquisitions.
Perform regular system checks, preventive maintenance, and documentation of IT activities.
Carry out any additional IT-related tasks assigned by the IT Manager.
