Training Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging individual to deliver training on our ERP system. The ideal candidate does not need prior ERP experience but must have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to learn quickly

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the ERP system and its workflows
• Deliver clear and effective training sessions to employees across departments
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and documentation
• Support users during and after training to ensure proper system adoption

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong personality with the ability to engage and influence others
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Basic understanding of business processes is a plus
